Whistler Farmers’ Market (until Oct. 13): The Whistler Farmers’ Market returns to the pedestrian streets of the Upper Village Stroll, featuring local produce, tasty artisan foods, local artists, and entertainment. Whistler Presents Outdoor Concert Series (July 1— Sept. 1): Every year, Whistler hosts an exciting series of musical acts featuring a variety of genres in Whistler Olympic Plaza. Yoga at the Audain Art Museum (Thursdays, year-round indoors, 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. and Saturdays, outdoors, 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., until Sept. 14): Take in the stunning architecture of the Audain Art Museum as you participate in a calming yoga session to strengthen your body and mind. Movies in the Plaza (July 3 — Aug. 24): On select Wednesdays and Saturdays at 8 p.m. this summer, relax with friends and family on the Great Lawn at Whistler Olympic Plaza to enjoy free movies on the big screen.

Sunday Concert Series at The Point (July 7 – Sept. 1): On Sundays from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Point Artist-Run Centre, relax lakeside for an afternoon of live music from various genres each week. Flag Stop Theatre & Arts Festival (Aug. 7 – 10): This annual festival returns with four days and nights of original theatre, live music, comedy, and more! RBC GranFondo Whistler

SEPTEMBER

RBC GranFondo Whistler (Sept. 7): In its 15th year, the ride features three routes between 55 km and 152 km and more than 6,500 cyclists proceed along the stunning Sea to Sky Highway in a car-free, dedicated lane, finishing with a hero’s welcome in Whistler. Ultra Trail Whistler by UTMB

Ultra Trail Whistler by UTMB (Sept. 28 – 29): For the first time in Whistler, this Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc (UTMB) event will be an epic trail running event with distances between 25 km and 70 km. Courses run through forests, alongside mountain lakes, to high alpine views. whistler. utmb.world

OCTOBER

Whistler 50 Relay and Ultra (Oct. 5): Event features a 50-mile team relay and 50-mile ultra on the beautiful trails centred on Lost Lake Park. Teams can include four to eight people, with both competitive and recreational categories.

Whistler Writers Festival (Oct. 17 – 20): Celebrating the written word, this is a chance to meet renowned authors, listen to dynamic speakers’ panels, and attend workshops, reading events, evenings of music, and engaging conversation.

Fungus Among Us Mushroom Festival

Fungus Among Us Mushroom Festival (Oct. 18 — 19): Fungus Among Us is back, as always, on the weekend after Thanksgiving. Help the Whistler Naturalists celebrate their 25th anniversary and the 22nd Fungus Among Us by attending the Friday night talks and Saturday events, including morning walks, a lunchtime cooking show, and an afternoon display.
